Hi Christina,
Great question about storing coffee. Everything I have read mostly focuses on keeping air and moisture out of the coffee while it is being stored. If I find out more, I'll let you know,

Hello--

I ran across your blog looking for information on storing freshly ground coffee in a stainless steel canister in the freezer. Is this safe or is the acidity from the coffee reacting with the metal and leaching into the grinds?

Do you have any thoughts/information??

Thanks in advance!!

Cheers, best regards!

I love this idea and am going to go check out their website now! I'm always in the kitchen and I'm always wanting to keep the food for my daughter fresher, and safer! So it's a no-brainer to me!
