Kids Cook with Books – Rainbow Stew

This edition of Kids Cook with Books is a guest post from my friend, Amanda. Her daughter has been in the kitchen for years – and it has been wonderful to watch her confidence and skills grow.

Rainbow Stew by Cathryn Falwell is a perfect book for April.  We are currently on our fourth straight day of rain.  A warm and colorful stew, made with the help of tiny hands, is the perfect cure for cabin fever!

Of all the toys in our house, this play food, made by Sisyphus Creations, is played with the most!

I think that face says it all!  The stew was a hit with everyone and will definitely make its way into our regular meal plan rotation!
