You know that moment when you run into an acquaintance and you realize that you can’t remember her name?  I am a little nervous that my entire experience at the BlogHer Food conference will be like that.  I have made lots of “friends” through Facebook and Twitter, but only know them by their screen names.

“Hey, SummerTomato” or “Oh my gosh, FoodieTot, I am so glad to finally meet you in person!” don’t really roll off the tongue.  I have a little list next to my computer of my Twitter friends (and their “real” names) that plan to attend the conference.  Hopefully it will jog my memory on Saturday.  But in the meantime, don’t be surprised if you hear me talking to people with names like DineandDish, PerfectPantry, and CookingwithAmy!
