		<description>Great article! I find that I have to work to get my son to eat his greens at the table, but substituting for vegetables he does like was amazing. Now he eats all his food at the table and is excited to sit and eat.

Sometimes it gets difficult however if communication is not your strong point, some of these lessons can get lost on delivery. 

But great article.</description>
