Most people won&#039;t crack down if you don&#039;t have a seller&#039;s permit, but it is something to be aware of.
Also, some people freak if you sell food that wasn&#039;t prepared in a commercial kitchen.  But everyone does bake sales, so I think they look the other way for that, too!

One more tip for bigger sales: have some to-go boxes available, so people can stock up and bring lots of treats home or to work the next day!
